I Wasn't Happy With The Look Of My Teeth, Dental Implants Gave Me My Confidence Back!
Cosmetically, I wasn’t happy with the appearance of my teeth, but structurally my teeth had decayed. I had gold teeth on the top, so that’s why I did the whole Restore in 24 process on the top. But my bottom molars had decayed and broken. I had exposed nerves. So that’s why it’s ended up doing the singular implants on the bottom. Socially, I just kind of learned how to deal with it. I’d be talking and having conversations. When I started to smile, I would put my hand up, and cover my mouth. With my music, as far as like when I perform, I’m holding the microphone, so you can’t really see. And at some point, I learned to talk where I kind of hung my lip and covered my tops, even though they weren’t that bad because I had the goals over them. I still was self-conscious about it. So once I had the actual procedure done, a real life-changer.
I can eat whatever I want. It definitely changed my confidence. I don't have to put my hand up when I smile. I'm smiling big all the time.

He had a gold grill on his upper teeth. He’s a rapper. He’s a local rapper. And you know, he came in telling us that once upon a time, that was kind of the trend. So he got the gold grill and because it wasn’t sealed the way it should have been, all of his teeth underneath that grill had decayed away. So he was dealing with a lot of pain, a lot of discomfort. So for him, it wasn’t just about getting a nice smile again, it was about alleviating that pain and discomfort. So we took some 3D images, evaluated his bone, and decided he was a good candidate for dental implants.

I know a lot of people who’ve gone and got veneers and they’re big and bulky and they necessarily don’t like them, but they’re already made, so it’s not like, ”Hey, let’s redo them”. They nailed it the first time. It was everything that I picked and fit perfectly, I couldn’t, I mean, I couldn’t have been happier, really; money well spent. And I don’t feel like I have implants. I don’t feel like, you know, I feel like I was born with them. I can eat whatever I want. It definitely changed my confidence. I don’t have to put my hand up when I smile. I’m smiling big all the time. People tell me, ”you always smiling”. I’m like, wouldn’t you?
